Shipping and Returns Policy

Order Shipping

For all practical purposes, all items ordered online are considered special order. If in stock, your selections will ship the same business day if ordered by 3pm EST. You will receive a confirmation of shipment when your order ships along with tracking information. Please keep in mind that all of our creations are handmade and when an order is placed your piece goes into production. For order status please allow 2 business days and then call us at 1(888) 653 9926 (Press Option 2).

Production Times 

On average, all of our selections have a 1-2 week production time. Depending on seasonal fluctuations this time may vary. After you place your order, please allow for at least one week before shipment of your order.

Special Time Sensitive Requests.

If you have special time restraints or a deadline, we will do our best to accomodate your request. Please email us at sales@arvensisjewelry.com or call us at 1(888) 653 9926 (Press Option 2) and speak to a customer service representative. Please have your order number ready.


Package and Shipment Container Details 

Your package will arrive (depending on size and presentation box option) in a yellow manila padded pack. Please keep in mind the return address will say Arvensis Group Inc. 5378d Lawrenceville Hwy, Lilburn GA 30047. There will be no mention of the word "jewelry" on the outside of the package for security reasons. Please email us with any questions you may have at info@arvensisjewelry.com



Returns


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or replacement product.

Our 7 day return period applies to all items not customized, i.e (rings, specialty name pins, custom designs). Returns are exchange or store credit only.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All custom items cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

To make a claim under our 'Peace of Mind' Warranty Service, please carefully wrap and pack your piece and send it with clear instructions and your serial and item number written legibly with a complete return address to our studio:
